A frank recommendation at the end of the call
If Royal Cheese Agency is the right fit for your project, we’ll propose an engagement approach. If we’re not the right match, we’ll tell you straight — and point you toward the best alternative, whether that’s another agency, a specialist freelancer, or a resource that better fits your situation.

Detailed proposal within 5 business days (if applicable)
If we decide to move forward together, you receive a detailed proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment clearly outlined. No pressure to sign immediately.

Yes — and it’s been a founding principle of the agency since 2018. The 30-minute discovery call is free, with no commitment, and no pressure. We use it to understand your situation, not to sell you something. If we’re a good fit, we’ll tell you. If we’re not, we’ll tell you that too.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
Within 24 to 48 business hours — always. Every message is read personally by Olivier or a member of the core team. We don’t use automated responses for initial inquiries. If you’d rather skip the wait, you can book a time directly in the calendar above.
My project isn't fully defined yet. Is it too early to reach out?
Not at all — in fact, early-stage conversations are often the most valuable. The earlier we understand where you’re going, the more useful the strategic input we can offer. You don’t need a fully scoped brief to have a first conversation. A few sentences about what you’re working on is enough.
Do you work with businesses outside of Los Angeles?
Yes. We’re based in Los Angeles and the majority of our clients are in LA and California — but we work with businesses across the US and internationally. Most engagements run entirely remotely with no loss of quality. For clients who want in-person collaboration, we’re available throughout the Greater LA area.
What's the typical budget range for your projects?
It depends entirely on scope. A Brand Starter project (logo + guidelines) starts from $1,500. A full Brand Builder engagement (strategy + identity + website) starts from $4,500. A Brand + AI full-stack engagement starts from $7,500. Every project is custom-scoped after the first call — we’ll give you a clear, detailed proposal with no surprises.
I already work with a marketing team or another agency. Can you work alongside them?
Yes — and we do this regularly. We can deliver the strategy or identity layer and hand off to your existing team for execution. Or we can take the full project end to end. We’ll recommend the approach that makes the most sense for your situation and your existing relationships.
